Amiina’s working and management style accentuates maximum possible efficiency, quality and attention to detail. She is meticulously involved in each stage of every project, running the jobs from start to finish. She has an exceptional knowledge of BIM Protocol in addition to be able to use Revit at the highest professional level.
Also Amiina is proficient in computational architectural design using scripting (Python, Processing etc.), parametric (Grasshopper, GC) and traditional (pen and paper, Revit, AutoCAD) methods. Her special professional interests are in PhD lead research and practical design application of Evolutionary Algorithms, Cellular Automata, Neural Networks, Diffusion and Reaction processes and other topics that explore the processes of emergence of form and spatial organisation in Complex Systems. Other professional interests include Green Architecture, mathematics in Nature and how they influence our mental health.
She is a keen gardener, surfer, windsurfer, and skateboarder. Grade 7 in both classical guitar and piano. Mother of 3 and an owner of 5 cats, 2 dogs, Cuban Amazon, 20-odd reptiles, inverts and amphibians.

Technical Design Lead
Gok is a seasoned architectural technologist/designer whose professional experience spans over 20years. He is responsible for leading a diverse range of both large commercial and domestic projects. Gok is proficient in technical detailing and architectural design, as well as in contract and project administration (including CDM). His strong technical knowledge, understanding of statutory matters and his passion for implementing BIM and Lean methodologies allow him to deploy innovative approaches to design problems, thus achieving high quality project outcomes and helping our clients realise good value from their investments.
Natasha Bennett BS(Hons) MArch
Senior Architectural Assistant
(leading to ARB RIBA Part III)
Natasha is an experienced senior architectural assistant and an architectural business owner. She is currently working on completing her final RIBA Part III exams and become ARB RIBA qualified architect.
Natasha possesses incredible thirst for learning. She keeps the entire on track with the relevant CPD courses. Her meticulous attention to detail and determination to get things just right from 3D modelling to getting the correct material samples makes her an invaluable member of the team. Natasha possesses incredible natural communication skills. She is a talented active listener, consistent, clear, concise, professional, yet friendly and knows hoe to say "No" in the right way.
Inga Baufale BS(Hons) MArch
Senior Architectural Assistant
(leading to ARB RIBA Part III)
Inga is an RIBA Part II architectural assistant and is working toward her final professional qualification RIBA part III. Within Archilab7 she is responsible for the development and design of both architectural and technical schemes, always working hard to bring in innovation in all building design stages from concept to construction phase. Inga has been practicing various meditation techniques for over ten years. She has developed a remarkable set of skills that make her excel professionally. She possesses a clear vision of both professional and project goals, which makes her an excellent contract and project administrator matters with well developed delegating skills. Her productivity and focus are off the scale, Inga simply never gets distracted. She radiates Inspiration to be innovative in both design and her approach to maintain a high performance level and being able to think outside the box. Inga's special architectural interests are in the design of complex urban systems alongside practicing art, sculpture and animation.
Emma Lelittka BS(Hons)
Emma is our Office Administrator and handles much of the administrative and secretarial work for both Archilab7 and MD, extending her range of skills to encumber architectural duties where necessary. Her aptitude for organisation and taking on administerial duties allows other members of the team to wholly focus on their respective architectural duties. She is also a professional photographer and runs her own photography business in addition to architectural office administration.
Our youngest member of the team! He cannot be legally employed yet, but has already conquered basics of 3D modelling software Revit and animation platform Blender. Also Jules is an aspiring coder.
Jusle's incredible learning skills (he is an experienced home-schooler) allowed him to progress very quickly with his training and he is helping out on some commercial projects.
Jules's wit and sense of humour keeps the office days bright!
Mia Olivia Bakunowicz
Social Media Coordinator
Mia has just been officially employed as a Social Media Coordinator. An incredibly hardworking and determined girl that has already conquered Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Adobe Premier Pro and other. She is also a very talented graphic designer. Being a teenager of the current social media governed age, no training needed for her to successfully maintain multiple professional social accounts.
Besides art and graphic design, Mia is a keen surfer, skateboarder, sailor and a regional level swimmer.
